During the last 24 years he has worked for Perfection Machinery Sales which became Perfection Global. Marian also started his own business along with his brother Robert. M-R Machinery Sales Inc. was established in 2006. Marian is an electrician and an electronic specialist. He has proven himself in troubleshooting and diagnosing electronic problems of all types. His dedication to his profession and his attention to the details are paramount to his success.

Robert Zieba started his working career as tool and die maker. This profession requires precision and extreme accuracy with measurements. The skills he mastered during those years have served as a foundation in his current role of designing and fabricating custom machinery.
